• Training Data: Data you provide to create or receive training plans and courses.

How We Use Your Information

• Garmin Integration: To sync activities for performance analysis and push training plans/courses to your device.
• Strava Integration: To provide a consolidated view of your fitness history within your own private dashboard.
• AI Coaching: We use your data to provide personalized training insights. Note: In compliance with Strava’s terms, data obtained via the Strava API is not used to train our machine learning models.

Data Visibility & Sharing

• Personal Use Only: Information synced from Strava is visible only to you. We do not display Strava-sourced data to other users or third parties.
• Third-Party Services: We do not sell your health or location data. Data is shared only with Garmin or Strava as necessary to facilitate the features you enable.

User Control & Deletion

You can disconnect these services or request total data deletion at any time via the app settings. Disconnecting will cease all data pings from the respective platforms.
